2. Display resolution Setting
This procedure is used to set how many digits are displayed when the degree/minute/second display is used.
1. Set the power switch to ON while holding down the X-axis RESET key.

Press the X key twice.
3.
Check that the display appears as shown below.

Use the 0 and +/_ keys to determine the display resolution while referring to the table below.

Display to 10 seconds

Display to 1 minute

Display to 10 minutes
5. Press the RESET key.
Perform the same setting procedure for the Y and Z axes.
3. Angle Setting
The angle value can be preset as the INC value or ABS value within the following range:
0.00.00 to 359.59.59 (0 degrees 0 minutes 0 seconds to 359 degrees 59 minutes 59 seconds)
Descriptions of setting keys
X , Y , Z
These keys are used to set the display to input standby for the respective axis ( _ _ _ _ _ _ _ appears on the
display).
0 to 9
These keys are used for entering the setting value. However, the value is ignored if the entered value is
outside the setting range.

This key is used to enter a "." after the degrees and minutes. If the degrees are not entered, 0 degrees (0.)
is automatically set, and if the minutes are not entered, 0 minutes (00.) is automatically set.
