Only replace by the same type or similar types recommended by the manufacturer.
Remove empty battery in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer.
Batteries are hazardous waste and should not be disposed of with regular domestic waste!
Please take discharged batteries to a collection center near you.
6. OPERATION
1. Switch on the audio interface with the button POWER. The button lights red.
2. As soon as the audio interface is switched on it is recognized by the computer as USB audio device.
3. With the button HiZ/MIC adjust the inputs HiZ/MIC to the connected sources:
• button pressed: input switched to high-impedance instrument level
• button released: input switched to microphone level
4. When using phantom-powered microphones, switch on the phantom power (+48 V) at the XLR inputs.
For this purpose, press the button PHANTOM +48V. The LED PHANTOM +48V lights red.
Caution! If the phantom power is switched on, no microphones with unbalanced output must be
connected. Otherwise these microphones may be damaged. During the stabilization phase (approx. 1
minute), you must not change any connection.
5. With the controls MIC/HiZ L/R, RCA IN adjust the amplification for the input sources to such an extend
that the corresponding LED SIGNAL lights green. The overload indication CLIP should not light or only
light shortly during signal peaks. If it lights permanently, turn back the corresponding control.
6. With the control MIX adjust the desired signal source for the analog outputs of the audio interface:
• left position PREAMP: preamplified signal of the input sources
• right position CPU: audio signal coming via the USB connection
• center position MIX: both signal sources (PREAMP and CPU) can be heard.
7. With the control LEVEL, adjust the desired volume at the headphones output and at the 6.3 mm jack
outputs

7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

We recommend a frequent cleaning of the device. Please use a soft lint-free and moistened cloth. Never use
alcohol or solvents!
There are no servicable parts inside the device except for the battery. Maintenance and service operations
are only to be carried out by authorized dealers.
Should you need any spare parts, please use genuine parts.
