Note: The active tone control of the Compact Clas-
sic pro also has an effect to the level adjustment. If
you notice that the clip LED indicator light illumina-
tes frequently, adjust the gain control accordingly
(s. 5.2 level adjustment).

6.3. Effects

The Compact Classic pro has an integrated (internal) digital
effect, with the effect program switch you can choose bet-
ween 16 different presets select (s. table)

The effect-return-control determines the intensity of
the internal effect (left stop = no effect). The effect pan
controls the channel mix in infinitely different way:
left stop: internal effect / input 1
external effect / input 2
center position: internal effect / input 1 + 2
external effect / input 1 + 2
right stop: internal effect / input 2
external effect / input 1
Moreover, an additional effect device (external effect)
on the Compact Classic can be connected. Use on the
rear panel the jacks send and return (send to the input,
return from the output of the external effect device).
Adjust the effect intensity of the looped effect on the
external effects device. For the range of the signal of
