Drill suitable fixing holes and if necessary a suitable cable hole.
!
Fix the bracket using the supplied screws [16] and wall plugs [15].
!
If necessary pull the connection cable and the 2-core door release cable
through the hole in the wall.
10. Personalising the name plate
!
Remove the cover plate [21] from the outdoor station, levering it using a
flat bladed screwdriver in the slot [30] in the lower edge (see Fig. B).
!
Pull the plastic cover from the name plate [27].
!
Write the name on the paper insert.
!
Replace the plastic cover.
11. Connection
Warning!
Ensure correct connection of the individual cores. A wrong connection
will cause incorrect function.
!
Connect all devices according to Fig. D. 12.
12. Installation and commissioning
1. Indoor station
!
Lay the connection cable and the mains adapter [20] cable in the cable
channel [8] and hang the indoor station securely on the lugs [19].
2. Door release (optional)
!
Install a 12 V DC door release according to the manufacturers
instructions.
3. Installation of the outdoor station
!
Remove the cover plate [21] from the outdoor station, if not already
removed, levering it using a flat bladed screwdriver in the slot [30] in
the lower edge (see Fig. B).
!
Secure the outdoor station using the two machine screws [40] to the
fixed housing.
!
Replace the cover plate on to the outdoor station, by hanging it over
the top edge and then pressing downwards until all four corners are
clicked into place.
4. Commissioning
!
Plug the mains adapter [20] into a mains power socket.
!
Remove the protective film from the monitor [1].
!
Remove the protective film from the camera lens [23].
The video door entry system is now ready for operation. The monitor buttons
[2,3, 4and 5] illuminate in blue colour.

13. Operation

A visitor presses the doorbell button [27] of the outdoor station. A chime
sounds at the indoor station. The camera image appears on the monitor [1]
and sounds near the outdoor station can be heard.
If the visitor presses the doorbell button again, the chime sounds again.

Press the talk button [5] in order to speak to the visitor.
!
To end the conversation or to turn off the monitor touch the monitor OFF
button [3], otherwise the unit will turn off automatically after approx. 2
minutes.
If you do not react to the visitor pressing the doorbell button, the monitor
image is extinguished after approx. 30 seconds.
Activation of the monitor from the indoor station
!
Press the monitor ON button [4] in order to see the camera image on the
monitor. The camera image appears on the monitor [1] and sounds near
the outdoor station can be heard.
!
To turn off the monitor touch the monitor OFF button [3].
If no buttons are touched the display will turn off automatically after approx.
30 seconds.
Door release (optional)
If a door release is connected, you can release the door / gate by pressing the
door release button [2]. The door / gate is released during the time that the
button is touched.
The door release can be actived at any time.
14. Settings

Adjust the chime volume using the volume regulator [12].
!
Adjust the colour of the display using the colour regulator [13].
!
Adjust the brightness of the display using the brightness regulator [14].
15. Maintenance + cleaning
!
The unit is maintenance-free
!
Regularly check the technical safety and functioning
!
Before you clean the device, pull the mains adapter out of the mains
socket. Use a dry cloth for cleaning the surfaces. For stubborn dirt, clean
the surfaces with a soft, fluff-free, slightly moist cloth without cleaning
additives
!
Clean the speaker and microphone carefully with a dry brush

17. Disposal
Packaging material, used batteries or electrical products must not be
disposed of as household waste. Use your recycling system. Details
