Possible Corrective Measures
Delete some existing messages in
the phone.
Check the file format that can be
supported
Check SD card file system via card
reader Or format SD card using phone
If you use any protection tape or case,
check if it is covering the area around
the proximity sensor. Make sure that
the area around the proximity sensor
is clean.
Check the settings status of the sound
menu to make sure you are not in
vibrate or silent mode.
Remove battery and re-insert battery.
Turn on the phone.
