8. Troubleshooting

Problem
The device is not working. The
LCD display (4) does not turn on
when the ignition is switched on.
Audio playback doesn't work.
There is no sound coming from the
car speakers.
Signal transmission is poor (noise).

9. Care and cleaning

• This product does not contain any components that require maintenance. Never attempt to open or disassemble
the product.
• Disconnect any cables and devices from the product before cleaning.
• Disconnect the product from the cigarette lighter socket before cleaning. Do not immerse the product in water.
• Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these could damage the casing
or cause the product to malfunction.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.

Possible cause
Check that the cigarette lighter plug
is inserted correctly and that there
are no rusty contacts.
The storage device is not
connected properly.
The storage device is faulty, or
there are no compatible audio files.
The audio files are not compatible.
The volume is set to minimum.

Other wireless devices may
interfere with transmission if they
are transmitting signals over the
same frequency.

Unplug the device from the

back in.

USB storage device.
Check that the audio files are
compatible with the transmitter.
