Base plate removal and insertion
The base plate can be removed for cleaning purposes.
To do this move the rotary bolt as far as possible and then remove the
base plate downwards.
Fit it again using the same procedure in reverse; the lugs must be inser-
ted into the slots and locked.
Only remove the base plate when the stove is cool.
Important! Never operate the stove without a base plate. The wall
and the floor in the area of the stove may overheat or become dis-
colored.
Positioning the sauna stones on the stone grid
Sauna stones are a natural product. The stones have been cleaned
before delivery but we recommend that you clean them with water before
you position them in the stove.
Do not use stones unless they are designed for use in a sauna.
Use a maximum of 12 kg of stones.
Important. Position the stones loosely and remove any stones that are
too small. If the stones are packed too tightly they will affect the air circu-
lation and will result in the sauna stove and cabin walls overheating and
a fire risk. In addition, stones that are packed too tightly will adversely
affect the cabin temperature.
The warranty will be voided if you use stones other than those recom-
mended by the manufacturer and for damage caused by filling the stone
chamber incorrectly. Turn the stones at least once per year, remove any
stones that are too small and remove all stone dust and stone splinters.
We recommend that you replace the stones every two years.

Important. If you cover the stove and fill the stone container incor-
rectly the unit may cause a fire.

Operation / Function

Description of the control elements
1) Switch (On / Off) with timer
2) Regulator knob for cabin temperature
Switching on
Turn the time switch clockwise to the required time. ON times from 0 to
max. 4h are possible. The stove switches off automatically when the set
time has elapsed.
Setting the sauna temperature
When it has been switched on at the switch (1) the stove will heat up the
cabin to the temperature set on the regulator knob (3).
The regulator knob does not have a precise scale since the setting
depends to a large extent on the cabin size and how well sealed it is.
Thermal release
The stove is fitted with a thermal release. If the stones are too densely
packed, the stove will overheat and cause the release to trip.
Resetting the thermal release
Disconnect the stove from the supply before you open the case.
