Problem
Difficulty closing lid.
Difficulty opening lid.
Steam leaking from
cooker lid.
Steam leaking from
float valve sealing
ring.
Float valve does not
rise up.

Cause
Silicone sealing ring may
not be placed correctly.
Lid is not in the "Open"
position
Pressure release valve
may not be falling down
properly.
Pot may still be under
pressure.
Some ingredients may be
stuck to silicone sealing
ring.
Silicone sealing ring may be
broken.
Some ingredients may
stick to the anti-clog filter.
Float valve sealing ring may
be broken.
There may not be enough
ingredients/water to
generate enough pressure.
Excessive steam leakage
from lid or pressure release
valve.
Contact Customer Support if any of these errors occur

Broken circuit in
sensor.

Short circuit in
sensor.
Solution
Correctly place the silicone
sealing ring inside the lid.
Make sure the lid is in the
"Open" position when closing
the lid.
Set pressure release valve to
the "Release" position to let
out any remaining pressure.
Clean silicone sealing ring.
Replace silicone sealing ring.
Clean the anti-clog filter.
Replace float valve sealing
ring.
Ingredients or water need to
be at minimum level.
Unit may be defective.
Contact customer support.
