We recommend that you return a faulty bicycle battery pack to your dealer in
accordance with the environmental regulations for collecting and processing
batteries drawn up by the Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the
Environment. The dealer is required to accept the battery and must ensure that it
is processed further by the manufacturer.
