Auto Defrost
The oven can be used to defrost food based on the weight you entered. The defrosting
time and power level are automatically set once the food category and the weight are
programmed. The frozen food weight ranges from 100g to1800g. Suppose you want to
defrost 600g of shrimp:
1 In standby mode, turn MENU/TIME counterclockwise to select "10".
2 Press WEIGHT ADJUST repeatedly to indicate weight 600g.
3 Press START/QUICK START button.
Note: The oven will pause and signal during defrosting process to remind user to turn
over food.

Multistage Cooking

Your oven can be programmed for up to 2 automatic cooking sequences. Suppose you
want to set the following cooking program:
1 Touch STOP/CANCEL pad to reset the system.
2 Input Microwave-cooking program.
3 Input Grill-cooking program.
4 Touch START/QUICK START pad.
Note: Quick Start, Auto Defrost and Auto Cook can not be set in the multistage
cooking mode. The respective lights will turn on to indicate which stage the oven is
operating in. After total time has elapsed, beeps will sound.
Preset
Preset function allows the oven to start up in a later time. Suppose now the clock running
at 1 1:10 and you want the oven to start cooking at 1 1:30.
1 In standby mode, set a cooking program.
2 Touch PRESET button.
3 Rotate MENU/TIME to set hour digit 1 1.
4 Touch PRESET button again.
5 Rotate MENU/TIME to set minute digit 30.
6 Press START/QUICK START.
