Special recommendations to
avoid incorrect processing
1. Air inclusions in polymerised dentures:
a) Not enough pressure while pressing.
b) Flask is placed into hot water.
c) Packing of Molloplast ® B before acrylic is stiff.
d) Wetting of the acrylic with monomer liquid prior
to packing Molloplast ® B.
2. Insufficient or no bonding between Molloplast
B and acrylic:
a) Not enough retentions have been cut into the
existing denture base or Primo adhesive has
not been applied.
b) The acrylic denture has been wetted with algina-
te-based insulating liquid.
c) Hands and material were not free of greasy
spots.
d) Excessive heat build-up during trimming may
cause separation of Molloplast ® B from functio-
nal borders. Use Molloplast ® cutters and pre-
polishers only.

Recommendations for
®
repairs of Molloplast B
Broken dentures relined with Molloplast ® B can be
repaired with Molloplast ® B. Partial supplementa-
tions of Molloplast ® B relinings are also possible.
Invest the denture as usual.
Grind off approx. 1 mm of the old relining material,
using Molloplast ® -cutters.
In case of breakage open the area to be repaired V-
shaped, beginning from the base.
Apply new Molloplast ® B supplementary material
on the repairing area of the denture invested in the
flask and put it under the press. (Test pressing
with foil is possible).
Let polymerise recording to instructions.
Do not use Primo adhesive!
