8 Removing and Fitting the Battery

► Align peg (3) with slot (2).
► Push nozzle (1) onto the blower tube (4).
► Twist nozzle (1) until it locks into position.

Inserting the Battery

► Push battery (1) as far as it will go into the battery
compartment (2).
The battery (1) engages with a click.

Removing the Battery

► Place blower on a level surface.
► Keep one hand in front of the battery compartment so that
the battery (2) cannot fall out.

► Press both locking levers (1).
The battery (2) is unlocked and can be removed.

9 Switching the Blower On/Off

Switching On the Blower

► Hold the blower by the control handle with one hand,
wrapping your thumb around the control handle.

► Slide the retaining latch (1) to the
thumb.
► Press the trigger switch lockout (2) with your hand and
hold it down.
► Squeeze and hold the trigger switch (3) with your index
finger.
The blower accelerates and air flows out of the nozzle.
