1. Add oil or fat to the pan each time you use it.
2. Heat the pan at a medium setting (2/3 of your stove's maximum capacity). Place the food to be fried in the pan, and brown
on all sides.
Do not cut anything in the pan, otherwise the coating will be damaged. We recommend you use the Fissler comfort turner.
To prevent the pan from overheating, never heat it unattended or at the highest heat setting. In certain extreme cases of over-
heating, the aluminum in the base may melt and liquefy. In that event, never remove the pan from the stove: otherwise, there is a
risk of burns caused by hot aluminum spillage. Turn off the burner and allow the pan to cool down.
Cleaning
Let the pan cool properly before you clean it. To ensure you care effectively for your pan, wipe it with a paper towel. You should
never use abrasive or scouring cleaning agents such as steel wool, scouring pads or agents containing sand as these can cover
the surface with fine scratches and have a negative effect on the service life. If something should be burned on, remove the black
burns immediately in order to prevent long-term damage to the coating. Ensure that all food residue is removed in order to pre-
vent the coating from being discolored. Do not clean the pan in the dishwasher as this can shorten the service life of the coating.
Add oil/fat to the pan before you use it again.
