POWER-PROTECT LED
Signalling regular operation when lit green and
faulty connection or faulty amplifier status
(amplifier in protection mode) when lit red.

L-CH & R-CH RCA INPUTS
LEFT & RIGHT input sockets for connection to
the stereo or mono line-out signals from head-
unit (preferably fullrange sub line-outs!).
3a&3b
L-CH & R-CH RCA OUTPUTS
LEFT & RIGHT output sockets for "loop-
through" the input signals received from the
head-unit at L-CH&R-CH RCA INPUT sockets,
to a second amplifier – for example a second
XP800.1.

REMOTE CONTROL INPUT
AT&T remote control input socket for connec-
tion of the remote Sub Level Control unit and
the XP800.1 amplifier.

OVERLOAD LED
The overload LED is lit yellow, when the output
stage of the XP800.1 amplifier is overloaded by
exceeding the maximum power output level at
a low impedance load (below 1 ohm).

SUBSONIC
Subsonic frequency control knob to adjust the
integrated 12 dB/oct. highpass subsonic filter.
Allows the setting of the desired highpass fre-
quency between 10 Hz and 50 Hz. The subso-
nic filtering is always active and can not be
defeated!

LOW PASS
Lowpass frequency control knob to adjust the
integrated 12 dB/oct. lowpass filter. Allows the
setting of the required lowpass frequency bet-
ween 35 Hz and 200 Hz.

LEVEL
Input gain adjustment knob to adjust the inco-
ming signal from the head unit between 0,2V to
9V.

PHASE SHIFT
Phase shift knob to adjust the absolute phase
of the amplified output signal. Used to match
the phase of the front satellite speaker
systems to the subwoofer.
10a&10b
Speaker terminal for the connection of one or
two subwoofer units to the amplifier. The load
impedance of the connected subwoofer
system may vary between 1 to 4 ohms!

GND
Power terminal for the connection of the
amplifier to the chassis ground or the negative
pole of the car battery.

REM
Remote terminal (switching contact) for the
automatic (remote) turn-on / turn-off of the
power amplifier from the head-unit's remote
lead (or antenna control lead).

BATT +12V
+ 12 V power terminal for the connection of the
amplifier to the positive pole of the car battery.

FUSE
Internal fuses, 2 x 40 Ampere ATC to protect
the power supply circuitry of the XP800.1
amplifier.
