Position tool against work surface and pull the trigger.
Should a staple jam occur, disconnect air supply.
Push latch and slide rail open.
Remove staples.
Remove jammed fastener.
Keep tool pointed away from yourself and others and connect air
to tool. Tools shall be operated at lowest pressure needed for the
application. This will reduce noise levels, part wear and energy use.
Disconnect the tool from the air supply and emply the magazine. Read
section titled"safety Warnings" beforemaintaining tool.
All screws should kept tight. Loose screws result in unsafe operation
and parts breakage.
With tool disconnected, make daily inspection to assure freemovement
of trigger. Do not use tool if trigger sticks or binds.
Squirt SENCO pneumatic oil (5 to 10 drops)into the air inlet twice daily
(depending on frequency of tool use).
Wipe tool clean daily and inspect for wear, Use non-flammable
cleaning solutions only ifnecessary-DONOTSOAK. Caution: Such
solutions may damage O-rings and other tool parts.

TROUBLEShOOTING

SYMPTOM
1. Air leak near top of tool.
2. Tool does nothing.
3. Sluggish operation.
4. Air leak near bottom of tool.
5. Poor return.
6. Weak drive.
7. Broken driver or worn driver.
8. Poor feed.
9. Tool jamming.
10. Other problems.

Clean tool or lubricate magazine replace parts marked by "D".
