Troubleshooting

If you have any difficulties using your USRobotics Wireless USB
Adapter, check the following issues to see if they apply to your sit-
uation.
Windows could not locate the software for the USRobotics
Wireless USB Adapter.
Solution
The software must be installed before the USB adapter is con-
nected to your computer. Click Cancel on the Found New Hardware
Wizard screen, unplug the USRobotics Wireless USB Adapter from
your computer, and perform the installation instructions.
I cannot connect to my wireless router or access point.
Solution
Check the USRobotics Wireless USB Manager icon in the system
tray to confirm the connection status. If you are connected to your
wireless network device, the icon is green or yellow. If the icon is
red, open the USRobotics Wireless USB Manager and scan the area
so that you can connect to the correct wireless network.
Solution
Make sure the network name and security settings on your USB
adapter match the settings on your wireless router or access point.
