Radio Data System (RDS) enables traf c reports to be recei ed and pro ides many
facilities, including enabling the radio station name to be displayed on the radio
display
TA Volume
In the OPTION menu, press the TA VOL button Adjust the desired olume ith the
or button Press the OPTION button The radio menu is displayed again, the set
olume is stored

Press the TA ON/OFF button to s itch the priority for traf c announcements on or off
CT:
(Clock Time, RDS feature) When enabled the radio system clock is synchronized
ith broadcasters time signal setting the clock automatically In some regions here
daylight sa ings time is not adhered to, the system clock ill be off by one hour In
these cases, set CT to OFF and manually set
the clock
AF
The recei er can automatically s itche to an alternati e frequency (AF) of the same
station if the reception becomes poor Press the OFF/ON touch-point to turn the
automatic scanning for alternati e frequencies of an RDS broad-cast station off and
on
MODE:
This allo s the user to acti ate local station reception function When the Local
function is on, only radio stations ith a strong local radio signal are played
