5 Troubleshooting

Description of problem:
5.1 I cannot make calls via the ISDN telephone adapter
Is your modem correctly Consult chapter 1 «Installation» of your Phone
connected?
Does the green «READY» Check that the supplied (12 V) mains adapter is

If you are using 2 lines:
does the green «LINE 2» of the modem and the «LINE 2» socket of the

phone adapter light up?

from the mains, wait a few seconds and then plug it
in again. If the green «READY» lamp still does not
light up or the red «ERROR» lamp blinks, call our
technical support at 0800 22 0800.
Check the RJ11 cable connecting the «LINE 1»
socket of the modem and the «LINE 1» socket of the
ISDN telephone adapter. (See chapter 2.2)
The green «LINE 1» lamp should now light up.
Check the RJ11 cable connecting the «LINE 2» socket
ISDN telephone adapter. The green «LINE 2» lamp
should now light up. (See chapter 2.2)
