Malfunctions

Malfunction

If malfunctions cannot be remedied by mean of the measures described, then the complete
JRG Sanipex MT set of installation tools has to be returned to the sales point!

Possible causes
The expansion mode was
interrupted by pushing the
start button (4) during the
expansion process.
The hydraulic device has
not been switched off before
tool change.
The bending process was
aborted after 20 sec.
The control cable was
disconnected from the
device socket.
75'000 operating cycles
have been carried out with
the hydraulic device.
(The recommended
servicing interval is every
70'000 operating cycles,
refer to chapter 4.3)
Oil temperature is below
-15°C
Oil temperature is above
+70°C
Remedy
• Switch off the hydraulic
device and then switch it
on again
• Switch main switch (21)
off and on again
• Check the settings on the
bending tool
• Check the material of the
pipe
• Switch the hydraulic
device off and then switch
it on again
• The complete JRG Sanipex
MT tool set in the interest
of operational safety must
not be used anymore and
must immediately be
returned to the sales
point for service
• Continuing with the work
is possible, if after every
operating cycle the
hydraulic device is
switched off and then
switched on again
• Removal of the tools
connected (3.5/3.7)
• Put the device in a warm
place
• Wait until the LED
over-temperature
extinguishes
• Possibly put the device
in a cool place
