6. Menu navigation

• Use the -/ +
• Confirm the selection with the M button (1) to select the menu item.
• Choose the "Exit" or "Back" menu item or use the Power/Play button (2) to change
to the menu above.

7. Inserting the battery

• Open the battery compartment cover (12).
• Insert the battery so that the polarity is correct. The three pins in the battery
compartment have to be oriented toward the three contact surfaces on the battery.
• Close the battery compartment.

8. Charging the battery

• Connect the USB cable to the mini-USB port (9) on the product.
• Connect the USB cable to a free USB port on your computer.
• Charging begins and a charging symbol appears in the LC display (5).
• To operate the device during the charging process, press the M button (1) to get to
the main menu.
