17. Installation of the wiring to the ceiling fan must be done in such that upon servicing done, all supply
of
electricity to the ceiling fans must be cut off completely by installing a switch disconnects all poles and
has a contact separation of at least 3mm in the fixed wiring.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure the success of this installation, be sure to read the instructions and review the diagrams
thoroughly before
STEP 1 (See Figure 1)
Secure the mounting bracket to the ceiling, using expan-
sion bolts(or screws) and nuts. Gently tighten.
STEP 2 (See Figure 2 ~4)
1. Loosen two screws of the downrod, take off the bolt
and ball. Thread the motor wires through the downrod.
(See Figure 2)
3. Insert cross pin and secure with cotter pin. Tighten the
set screw firmly to ensure the most stable installation.
(See Figure 3)
4. Place top housing and canopy over the downrod. Tigh-
ten the two set screws of top housing firmly to ensure the
most stable installation. (See Figure 4)
5. Reinstall the ball and bolt, adjust the hole in downrod
to match holes on ball. Tighten the 2 screws firmly.
WARNINGS: FAILURE TO COMPLETELY TIGHTEN
DOWNROD AS DESCRIBED IN STEP 2 COULD RE-
SULT IN THE FAN LOOSENING AND POSSIBLY FAL-
LING.
