STEP3 BLADE ASSEMBLY
1. Check motor for shipping stabilizers and remove them.
(See Figure 5)
2. Attach four blade washers to the fly wheel. Then attach
each fan blade and blade holder to the motor with two
motor screws provided, all screws should be tighten.(See
Figure 6)
Be cautious! To reduce the risk of personal injury, do not
bend the blade holder when installing the blade holder,
balancing the blades or cleaning the fan. Do not insert
foreign objects in between rotating fan blades.
Caution: Even if your fan is mounted with the blades more
than 2.3m from the floor be careful to avoid placing your
raised arms to any object in the path of the blades.
NOTE: Take care not to scratch fan housing when instal-
ling blades.
STEP 4: (See Figure 7 and 8)
WRING INSTRUCTIONS FOR FAN MOTOR
There are three colored wires coming from the bracket:
Brown – Live wire for fan
Blue – Neutral wire
Green/Yellow – Ground wire
1. Connect the power source to the 3P connector on
bracket : brown to brown, blue to blue and green/yellow to
green/yellow.
2. Lift the fan onto the mounting bracket. Align slot on ball
with tab on mounting bracket.
3. Connect 4P male plug from bracket to female plug from
fan.
STEP 5 (See Figure 9)
Raise the canopy up and align the two holes in the canopy
with the two holes in the mounting bracket . Secure with
two screws provided
STEP 6 Bottom Plate ASSEMBLY
Install the bottom plate and aligning clockwise to tighten.
