TROUBLE SHOOTING
A. If fan does not function:
1. Check main power supply and branch circuit fuses or circuit breakers.
2. Check line wire connections to fan unit.
3. Check the battery of the transmitter and set the code.
CAUTION: Make sure main power is turn off.
B. To prevent possible interference from or to other remote unit such as garbage door
openers, car alarm or security
system. If you found that your fan and light kit go on and off without using your remote
control, simply set the code combination.
C. To prevent any damage to transmitter, remove the battery if not in use for long period
of time.
The receiver provides the function of multiplicative protection.
1. Lock protection: When rotation of motor is being locked by external force, receiver will
stop to drive motor within 30 seconds. To dissolve protection mode, re-start power or
press the Fan Off Key.
2. 40W Limit: After 60 seconds of the motor power turn on, it will automate to detect the
current Power Consumption.
If the no-load is greater than 40W, the receiver will automatically decrease one speed. If
decreasing speed is still greater
than 40W, the receiver power will stop. To turn the receiver power on again the protection
status could be removed.
3. Over 80W protection: When the receiver detecting the power consumption is greater
than 80W, the receiver power
will be stopped. To turn the power on again, the protection status could be removed.
4. If the above situation happen, please turn the power off and contact the engineer to
assist this issue. Please do not handle it by yourself.
