5. Add camera

The Network Video Recorder supports up to 8 cameras. Connect the camera(s) with your
Internet router via LAN cable. A LAN cable is required only during the initial installation, if
you want to run the cameras at a later time via WiFi. All cameras with the ONVIF Standard
(Open Network Video Interface Forum), can be connected to the network video recorder.

5.1 Find the camera in the LAN network

Click on the network
overview.
Use the filter function
to restrict the search
for cameras. Select e.g.
ONVIF and then click

Search.

If a camera is found, it is displayed in the list. Double click on the displayed IP address to
start the configuration. In general, it is sufficient if the user name and password is entered.
Refer to the login information from the manual of your camera.
The access data of the cameras are:
User name:
Password:
Confirm the entry with ENTER. After successful configuration, in the background the ca-
mera image is displayed.
When using multiple cameras, repeat the process.
