7. Remove the lifting devices.
8. Fit the rear view mirrors and adjust for optimal
sight rearwards.
9. Connect the terminal to the earlier fitted
harness.
4.12FUSE BOX, CONNECTING
1. Loosen the distribution box's mounting plate by
removing the 2 screws (13:U) and fold out the
plate.
2. Assemble the enclosed fuse carrier (14:G) with
mounting plate to the distribution box's
mounting plate (ev. drill necessary holes).
3. See fig. 13. Connect three cables from the front
harness as follows:
• The red cable to terminal 8 in the machine's
fuse box.
• The brown cable to one of the terminals A-F
• The yellow-green cabel to earth.
4. Assemble the direction indicator
and the light relay (14:L). Drill necessary holes
and connect connections.
5. Connect the heting device cable to the actual
connector at the harness.
6. Reassemble the distribution box's mounting
plate.
4.13HEATING HOSES
The heating hoses are never allowed to
touch sharp or wearing objects of the
machine. Damage on the heating hoses
are leading to burning injuries and to
serious engine damages.
Fit the heating hoses as follows:
1. Drain the upper half of the cooling liquid with
help of a siphon or similar through the filling
hole. See the machine operators manual
according to the placings.
2. Dismount the plug in fig. 22 and fit the inlet
plug with tapered thread and hose connection in
the hole. Use a sealing compound on the thread.
3. Dismount the plug in fig. 23 and fit the banjo
fitting with screw and gaskets.
5. Connect the hoses to the connections and with
clamps and draw the hoses up to the heating
element:
• The hoses shall be drawn through the
articulating point together with the other
hoses and harnesses. See fig 24.
• To the right of the seat. See fig. 25
Check that the heating hoses never touches
sharp or wearing objects of the machine.
