To ensure proper ventilation, there must be a free space of 5cm
around the housing. Also air circulation may not be obstructed by
newspapers, table cloths, curtains, etc!
Before drilling the mounting holes, make sure that no electrical
cables, brakes lines, fuel tanks, etc can become damaged there-
by.
When using tools for installing your car stereo components,
observe the safety instructions of the tool manufacturer.
When installing, make sure to look out for loose connections on
your stereo system to avoid future problems. Fasten these parts
securely and place them in such a way as to not endanger your
passengers.
Amplifier
Locate a suitable installtion site for the auto amplifier.
A suitable mounting location for the auto amplifier has the following characteristics:
• dry
• dust-free as possible
• low vibrations
• good air circulation
• heat resistant environment
The luggage area or free space under the seats are possible installation sites. Make
sure that the auto amplifier is kept as accessible as possible for implementing the
electrical connections.
An ideal mounting location is the partition wall between the luggage space
and the rear seats. Mount the device so that the cooling panels of the housing
stand vertically. This enables better air circulation around the housing.
• Draw the screw holes on the installation site. The device can be used as a template
for this.
• Drill holes for the fastening screws.
• Securely fasten the amplifier with the enclosed screws.

Initial use

After the connection process is completed and the wiring is inspected once more,
you can operate the for the first time.
After inspecting the wiring, reconnect
the minus battery pole.
Turn the REAR GAIN (5) and FRONT
GAIN (9) controllers clockwise to mini-
mum.
Slide the frequency controller REAR (2)
to the LPF position and set the REAR
LPF (3) controller to around the middle
position.
Slide the frequency controller REAR
(10) to the HPF position and set the
FRONT HPF (11) controller to around
100 Hz.
Turn the car radio on.
If the POWER (12) display shines, turn
the vehicle radio volume to about 75%
of the maximum volume.
Now align the maximum volume of the
satellite speakers to a tolerable amount
with the FRONT GAIN (9) controller.
When using more than one amplifier,
configure the volumes of all amplifiers
together.
Here the necessary low-pass setting is
made for the subwoofer.
Here the necessary high-pass setting is
made for the satellite speakers.
The POWER (12) display shines.
If PROTECTION (13) display shines,
there is an error. The amplifier must be
switched off immediately. In such cases,
inspect all connections and speakers. If
no error can be determined, please con-
sult a specialist.
Consider that the maximum volume
depends on the power rating of the
speakers and amplifier. With an exces-
sive volume, damage can occur to the
speakers or amplifier.
Overloading is slightly audible from aris-
ing distortions
