Connecting the power supply

The figure below shows the connection between the Industrial USB Hub 4 and the power
supply.
Note when connecting
The power terminal block for connection to the supply line is included in the assembly kit. It
is designed for conductors with a maximum cross-section of 1.5 mm
Connecting the terminal block
NOTICE
Risk of damage
Pressure on the screwdriver may damage the socket if the terminal block is plugged into
the Industrial USB Hub 4 when you tighten the screws.
Always remove the terminal block to connect the wires.
The figure below shows the connection of the terminal block and the power supply lines.
Ensure that the lines are connected properly to the correct terminals. Observe the markings
for the contact pins on the rear of the Industrial USB Hub 4.
Reverse Polarity Protection
The Industrial USB Hub 4 is equipped with reverse polarity protection.
