Garage Cabinet Supplementary Safety Precautions
1.
Distribute items evenly on shelves and in drawers. Do not concentrate
heavy objects in a single area, as uneven stress may cause cabinet
deformation or tipping.
2.
Handle and place items gently. It is strictly prohibited to throw, slam, or
drop items into the cabinet with impact, so as to prevent damage to the
cabinet structure, hinges, or slides and avoid affecting load-bearing
performance.
3.
The anti-tip anchor must be firmly installed on a solid load-bearing wall.
Do not fix it to non-load-bearing walls such as drywall or hollow bricks.
After installation, pull the cabinet firmly to confirm it is secure before use.
4.
When storing chemicals such as paint and cleaning agents in the
cabinet, seal them tightly and store them separately from tools to avoid
leakage and cabinet corrosion. Flammable, explosive, toxic, and harmful
substances are strictly prohibited.
5.
Operate drawers smoothly. Do not yank or slam drawers, and do not
place heavy objects when drawers are fully extended to prevent slide
deformation or drawer slippage.
6.
During assembly or maintenance, disconnect the cabinet from the wall,
remove heavy items inside, and wear protective gloves and safety goggles
to avoid cuts from metal edges or injury from bouncing components.
7.
If cabinet deformation, stripped screws, faulty door locks, or other
issues are found, stop using the product immediately and contact
after-sales service. Do not continue loading heavy items or force operation.
8.
Do not stack items exceeding the load-bearing limit on top of the
cabinet. This avoids obstructing door operation or shifting the cabinet's
center of gravity, which increases the risk of tipping.
