8. Guarantee

According to statutory provisions, the guarantee for this product is 2 years from the date of delivery on
material in case of normal, usual and proper use in accordance with these operating instructions.
For commercial use, the guarantee is 1 year from the date of delivery according to statutory provisions
in case of normal, usual and proper use in accordance with these operating instructions.
Please observe the instructions on mounting, use and maintenance of the unit which are contained in
this user information.
The guarantee becomes invalid in case of defects resulting from inappropriate use as well as from
external influences. These include, among other things: improper installation, non-compliance with
the usage and maintenance instructions from the user information, excessive pollution, improper
impact on as well as modification of the product and mounting of third-party spare parts by the
purchaser or any third party which is not authorized by HEYLO.
The guarantee will also become invalid if the nameplate is changed or removed.

9. Range of applications

Pinpoint drying of local water damages.
Surface drying (in case of installation or assembly of several construction dryers).
Can be used to accelerate the drying process in combination with condensation dryers and fans.
Drying of walls in large rooms (if it is not possible to use condensation dryers, for instance).
Noiseless drying (compliance with night's rest).
If the IRW is mounted in such a way that the infrared heat board points into the room, the
device can also be used as an infrared heater (e.g. in building containers).
ATTENTION: The use for dying ceilings is permissible only if sufficient air circulation is ensures - NO
accumulation layers! Provide additional distance of 4 cm and good air circulation (perhaps mechanical
cross-ventilation)!
The IRW heat panel is not suitable for drying floors - danger of heat accumulation due to
coverage of lack of air ventilation!
NOTES: In order to avoid shrinkage cracks in new plaster due to too fast drying, the IRW has to be
mounted in corresponding distance.
ATTENTION: In case the IRW is used for drying wooden surfaces or wood-like building materials, an
additional distance of at least 4 cm and good air supply has to be provided in order to avoid heat
accumulation!
