1. Check if the M2 column connection
cables are normal and connections are
reliable, including between the column
and adapter cable, and between the
controller and adapter cable.2. Check if
one side of the desk is overloaded; if so,
remove part of the load.3. If the problem
persists after attempting the above steps,
