BEFORE ASSEMBLING YOUR PERGOLA :
Make sure you have all the tools you need to assemble your pergola. To assemble your pergola
correctly and safely, make sure you have access to the following tools and accessories, which are
not supplied.
• Check that nothing is missing. Before starting installation, please check that you have all the
parts you need to assemble your pergola. If any parts are missing, please contact customer
service before starting installation.
• Prepare the parts you will need for each step. In the Installation section of the manual, each
stage indicates the parts required and the quantities needed to complete it. We recommend that
you prepare the parts you will need for each stage of the installation. This will save you time and
effort during assembly. If possible, place the parts on cardboard or another soft surface to protect
them from scratching painted surfaces.
• Choose a suitable location: the ground must be solid and level, with adequate water drainage,
easy access to electricity and no overhanging trees or power lines.
PREPARING THE FOUNDATION :
- Check whether there are any underground pipes and cables.
- Check with the local authorities whether planning permission is required.
- Contact a reliable contractor for a concrete base if necessary.
WARNING : Most terraces or patios are designed with a slight slope to prevent (rain) water from
puddling or reaching the house or other structures. To install the pergola perfectly, you need a flat
concrete surface with no slope. Small stones can also prevent the pergola from being securely fixed
to the ground. If the pergola is installed on an irregular surface, this may prevent the accessories
from working properly and invalidate the product warranty.
WARNING : Beware of pinching and shearing during installation.
The supplier accepts no responsibility for any weather-related damage or damage caused by
incorrect installation.

• Do not allow children to play with the product.
• Do not place a cooking apparatus close.
