CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
1. Before cleaning
Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet BEFORE detaching the controller from
the pad.
Caution: DO NOT dry clean. DO NOT bleach. DO NOT use wringer. DO NOT immerse control
or cord in water or other liquids. DO NOT use mothballs or sprays of any kind. DO NOT dry
with a hair dryer or heater.
2. Cleaning
Machine wash using a neutral detergent or mild soap in cold water on a gentle/delicate
cycle or hand wash. Do not wash with hot water as the pad may shrink.
Tip: It is recommended to wash once every 1-2 months.
3. Air drying
Drape the pad over a clothesline or hang over a shower rod. Do not use clothespins. Do not
tumble dry.
Caution: The pad must be COMPLETELY dry before reconnecting the controller plug or
power plug.
4. Storage
Fold the pad neatly and gently but not tightly without any sharp bends in the heating
elements, and store it in a cool, dry place where there is no any heavy object placed upon it.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Problem
The product does

Possible Cause
The power plug is not
connected properly to the
electrical outlet.
The pad and the controller
are not connected properly.
PTC disconnection error.

Solution
Re-plug into the outlet.
Follow the "Before Use"
instructions.
Unplug the pad connector and
re-start the product.
