How to Update Firmwire
When the camera doesn't respond to your operation and the
resetting doesn't help, it's useful to update to the latest firmware.
Please follow these steps to update the firmware:
1. Format Micro-SD Card
You can do this by going into the camera's system settings.
PLEASE NOTE: Make sure to backup your recordings if you need
them before formatting the Micro-SD Card.
2. Insert the card into the Micro SD Card reader and connect it to a
computer.
3. According to the original firmware version in your dash cam,
choose the correct firmware to download it from AZDOME official
website to download the Latest Firmware
https://www.azdomevip.com > Support > Download > AZDOME
Firmware > PG17 Pro Firmware.
4. Please unzip the firmware package and cut all the files in the
folder to the root directory of the memory card. After inserting the
memory card and turning on the power, the dash cam will start to
upgrade the new firmware.
