The home network must be set to 2.4 GHz; networks operating at 5 GHz are not
supported. Ensure your smartphone is connected to the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi
network you want to use to configure the appliance.
1. Open the hOn app, create a new profile (or log in if you already have one).
