3.2 Program Mode (P1–P12):
12 pre-programmed workouts with automatic resistance adjustment.
3.3 Watt Mode (WATT):
Allows you to set a constant watt value; the system will automatically adjust resistance to
maintain the chosen wattage.
3.4 User Mode (USER / PERSONAL):
Users can create and save up to 4 custom programs (U1–U4).
In U0 mode, settings can be made but are not saved — all data is lost upon exiting.
Each user profile includes gender, age, height, and weight.
3.5 Heart Rate Control (HRC):
You can train by setting a target heart rate (manual or predefined at 55%, 75%, or 90% of
your max heart rate). The system adjusts resistance to maintain this heart rate.
•
3.5.1 Manual Heart Rate Target:
After selecting HRC mode, use the up/down buttons to set a heart rate between 30
and 240 bpm.
•
3.5.2 Preset Heart Rate Targets:
Choose 55%, 75%, or 90% of your estimated max heart rate.
3.6 Heart Rate Recovery Test:
•
3.6.1 During Exercise:
Hold the pulse sensors. The system will display your heart rate in the PULSE window.
Normal resting heart rate is between 65–85 bpm. The pulse icon will blink to indicate
a valid reading.
•
3.6.2 Activating Recovery Mode:
Press the Heart Rate Recovery button. Only time and pulse will remain visible. Other
inputs, including speed, are disabled.
A 1-minute countdown starts from "1:00". After the countdown, the screen will show a
recovery score from F6 to F1:
