In dieser Konfiguration wird der Ofen ausgeschaltet, sobald die Wärmeanforderung des Raumthermostats erfüllt ist (Stromkreis offen), oder er moduliert seinen Betrieb bei Erreichen der eingestellten Wassertemperatur (das heißt, der Ofen versucht, die gewünschte Temperatur bei geringstmöglichem Verbrauch zu halten).
