Before

Use
Loosen the batterysafety screwandopenthe batterycompartmentonthe
underside ofthescale. Remove theplastic isolator t abfromthebattery
compartment
(if present) prior t ouse. Check thatthebattery isinserted following
the correctpolarity.Selectkg,st or lbsweightmodeusingthe switch onthe inside
ofthebattery compartment. Close thebattery compartment andtighten the
battery compartment screw. Position t hescale onafirmflat surface.
Foruseon carpetattach enclosedcarpetfeet.
Changing
the Unit
STEP 1 :Press t hecentre oftheglass platform to turnonthescale.
STEP 2 :Select kg,storlbweight m ode using thebuttonontheunderside ofthe
scale. The scale willthenturnoff andis ready f oruse.

STEP 1 : Position t hescaleonaflat, level s urface. Taptheplatform centre
(vibration activates thescale) and remove weight from thescale.
STEP 2:When [0.00/ZER0] isdisplayed,
STEP 3 : After2-3 seconds theweight r eading willbedisplayed.
STEP 4 : Step offtheplatform; theweight r eading w illbedisplayed f orseveral
seconds before the scale turns off.
NOTE:IT IS RECOMMENDED T HATREADINGS ARETAKENAT THESAMETIME
OFDAY, P REFERABLY
EARLY E VENING A NDBEFORE A MEAL FOR THEMOST
CONSISTENT RESULTS.
Troubleshooting
If thescaleis notworking properly:
Check t hebattery is fittedcorrectly.
Check that the correct unit is selected.
Make sure thescale is onahard, f lat surface andnottouching awall.
