5. Performance test / trouble-shooting
So as to test the proper performance of the IR laser Illuminator, you need a
night vision scope or a CCD camera (e.g. mobile telephone camera or a digital
camera). Do not direct the beam directly into the night vision scope so as to
avoid damaging the sensitive image intensifier tube.
