Connect the LabelMax SP3 to the power supply, connect the USB cable to your PC, and turn on the device.
Insert/replace ribbon
Open the ribbon cover and the
media cover by gently pulling.
Release the transparent part of the
ribbon at the adhesive strip and pull
it out. Guide the ribbon over the
print head and stick it on top of the
upper supply roller.

Get started

Start the SignMax software on your PC; if necessary, install it first.
Now you can design and print your label exactly as you want!

Place the ribbon core for the used
material on top. Hook it on the right
first, then secure it on the left in the
upper supply platter.

Wind the ribbon onto the supply rol-
ler so that it covers the print head.
Make an additional 5–6 turns.
