EN - WARRANTY This product complies with the applicable standards and was free from design and/or
manufacturing defects at the time of manufacture. If after purchase and during the warranty period*, the product
presents a defect of conformity or a defect and this within the framework of a use such as envisaged in the ins-
tructions for use, thank you to approach the salesman (Stores, Web site,...) from which you bought the product or
to contact our SAV (Service after sale) by e-mail or mail. We commit ourselves to:
- Ship the defective part(s) that you can replace yourself, or - Repair the product, or as a last resort - Exchange
the product in its entirety for an identical or similar product of at least equal value.
This warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Wear and tear of certain components of the product - Failure to present dated proof of purchase from a known
retailer (invoice or receipt) - Use and destination other than those provided for in the instructions - Installation or
assembly of accessories not in accordance with the instructions - Repairs carried out by an unauthorised person
and outside the control of our services - Lack of maintenance of the product. Correct maintenance is an integral
part of the guarantee.
- Damage caused by an untimely impact and/or improper handling of the product.
The guarantee is not transferable (only the first buyer is the sole beneficiary) and applies from the date of
purchase of the product. In case of repair by us, the warranty is extended only by the period of immobilization
of the product beyond the 7 days provided for by the regulations. We undertake to carry out any repairs within a
reasonable time. Within the framework of the exclusions, the actions to be carried out may be free of charge or
subject to a charge depending on our analysis.
* For the duration of the warranty against defects in conformity, please refer to the conditions provided for by the
national regulations applicable in the country of purchase, if any. (Europe = 2 years).
** (e.g. wear and tear of wheels/wheels; textile parts and accessories: bodyguards, shelves, sunshades, chan-
ging bags, rain covers etc.; textile or PVC products: car seat covers, chair cushions etc.)
DE - GARANTIE Dieses Produkt entspricht den geltenden Normen und war zum Zeitpunkt der Herstellung frei
von Konstruktions- und/oder Herstellungsfehlern. Wenn nach dem Kauf und während der Garantiezeit* das
Produkt einen Konformitätsmangel oder einen Defekt aufweist, und dies im Rahmen einer Nutzung wie in der
Gebrauchsanweisung vorgesehen, danken wir Ihnen, sich an den Verkäufer (Geschäfte, Website,...) zu wenden,
von dem Sie das Produkt gekauft haben, oder unseren SAV (Service nach dem Verkauf) per E-Mail oder Post zu
kontaktieren.
Wir verpflichten uns zu: - das/die defekte(n) Teil(e), das/die Sie selbst ersetzen können, einsenden oder -
Reparieren Sie das Produkt, oder als letztes Mittel - Tauschen Sie das Produkt in seiner Gesamtheit gegen ein
identisches oder ähnliches Produkt von mindestens gleichem Wert um.
Diese Garantie gilt nicht in den folgenden Fällen: - Abnutzung bestimmter Komponenten des Produkts - Fehlen
eines datierten Kaufbelegs von einem bekannten Einzelhändler (Rechnung oder Quittung) - Andere als die in der
Gebrauchsanweisung vorgesehene Verwendung und Bestimmung - Einbau oder Montage von Zubehörteilen,
die nicht den Anweisungen entsprechen - Reparaturen, die von einer nicht autorisierten Person und außerhalb
der Kontrolle unserer Dienste durchgeführt werden - Mangelnde Wartung des Produkts. Die ordnungsgemäße
Wartung ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Garantie. - Schäden, die durch einen unzeitgemäßen Aufprall und/
oder unsachgemäße Handhabung des Produkts verursacht wurden.
Die Garantie ist nicht übertragbar (nur der Erstkäufer ist der einzige Begünstigte) und gilt ab dem Kaufdatum
des Produkts. Im Falle einer Reparatur durch uns verlängert sich die Garantie nur um den Zeitraum, in dem das
Produkt über die in der Verordnung vorgesehenen 7 Tage hinaus stillgelegt ist. Wir verpflichten uns, etwaige
Reparaturen innerhalb einer angemessenen Frist auszuführen. Im Rahmen der Ausschlüsse können die durch-
zuführenden Maßnahmen je nach unserer Analyse kostenlos oder kostenpflichtig sein.
* Die Dauer der Garantie gegen Konformitätsmängel richtet sich nach den Bedingungen, die in den nationalen
Vorschriften des Landes, in dem das Gerät gekauft wurde, vorgesehen sind. (Europa = 2 Jahre).
** (z. B. Verschleiß von Rädern; Textilteile und -zubehör: Schutzvorrichtungen, Ablagen, Sonnenschirme, Wickel-
taschen, Regenschutz usw.; Textil- oder PVC-Produkte: Autositzbezüge, Stuhlkissen usw.)
