15kHz) an linken LS-KanaIund mit R306/R307 auf Mi-
nimum einstellen. Taste „L" drücken und am rechten
Kanal messen; evtl. R 306/R 307 korrigieren.

l. General Notes
The receiver must comply with the Safety Regulaion
VDE 0860 HI.. 69.
The following points are of special importance:
All mains voltage conducting circuits must be secured
mechanically by bending over in the solder eyes.
Minimum distance of all mains carrying leads 4 mm.
Flame resisting resistors and fuses (G-fuse links) must
comply with the regulationsand have the values indicated
in the circuit diagram.
The required air and creepage paths on the primary side
must be kept under all circumstances as follows:
Minimum distance between the mains carrying compo-
nents and bare metal parts (metal casing etc.) must be
4 mm; between the mains poles: 3 mm.
Test voltage between mains poles and bare metal parts
(metal casing, connecting sockets,etc.): 2000Veff.
The transistors and diodes used must comply with the
manufacturers specifications. When using substitute or
alternative transistors, agreement of the Technical Depart-
ment must be obtained beforehand.
II. Working point adjustment of the AF-amplifier
Set quiescent current presets R509/ R511 to middle po-
sition and volume control to minimum before switching on
the mains voltage. Increase mains voltage to desired value
with regulating transformer. Power consumption must re-
main below 25 W. The temperature of the heat sink must
be 20-25 oc. Do not drive amplifier nor load the outputs.
With the respective controls R 509/ R 511 adjust teach
channel for II mV •+200/0 —10% between A and B (quies-
cent current approx. 20 mA).
III. Checking the AM-amplifier
For all AF-measurements and checks the following condi-
tions are valid if not indicated otherwise:

position.
