INNOCIGS – WARRANTY & REPAIR

Warranty Terms

All products of InnoCigs are subject to strict quality control. You will receive, along
with the legally required warranty, a 6-month warranty on all InnoCigs products.
The warranty period of 6 months applies from the date of purchase from your de-
aler. The date on your sales receipt is decisive. During the warranty period, devices
that have defects will be repaired or replaced through the company InnoCigs.
Wearing parts such as mouthpieces and clearomizer heads are excluded from the
guarantee.
Replaced devices or parts shall become the property of InnoCigs. The guarantee
does not extend the warranty period nor does it initiate a new warranty in
transition.
