Removing a CP 5512 from
the PC
Procedure
Before a CP 5512 is removed finally from the PC,
the following steps must be taken:
1. The CP must first be set to PG operation. To
do this, go to the Station Configuration Editor
and deleted the CP 5512 there.
2. Double -click on the "Remove or eject hard-
ware" icon in the taskbar and deactivate the
CP 5512.
In some situations, the CP 5512 cannot be remo-
ved despite this procedure.
Remedy:
Shut down the PC and remove the CP 5512 while
it is turned off.
