■ If you suffer from one of the above-men-
tioned diseases or another that was not
mentioned and take medications either
currently or regularly and/or are unable
to sense heat or cold properly (e.g.
people with special needs, etc.), consult
your doctor prior to using the product!
■ Check your feet regularly for redness of the
skin. Excessive heat levels over prolonged
periods of time can lead to burns.
■ If the heated sock is used in firmly closed or
specially fitted footwear with a very narrow
shape, please make sure that the sock is not
wrinkled in the area of the heating element.
This could result in painful pressure points.
■ Never use the heated sock in combination
with other heated products (heated insole,
heated boot, etc.); there is a risk of exces-
sive heat.
■ The heat should be switched off when ent-
ering an environment with a considerably
higher temperature.
■ Do not use the product for warming animals.

■ Check the product regularly for signs of wear
or damage. If you notice any of these signs,
if the product was used improperly or if the
product does not work, bring it back to the
dealer before using it again.
■ The battery packs must only be used with
compatible LENZ products!
■ Discharge the battery packs and recharge
them half way at least every 6 months!
■ Only use the Charge Box (LZ-CBX-010)
included in delivery for charging. It is desig-
ned for indoor use and must not be exposed
to moisture.
■ The battery packs must not be charged or
stored outside the permitted ambient tem-
perature of +10°C to +30°C.
■ The battery packs must not be discharged
outside the permitted ambient temperature
of -20°C to +30°C.
■ Always store the battery packs with the
contact protector attached.
■ When the battery packs are not in use,
keep them away from other metal objects
such as paper clips, coins, keys, nails,
