arterial occlusive disease, thrombosis,
moderate to severe varicose veins,
lymphoedema and leg swelling due to
other causes
￭ unhealed injury of the extremities resulting
in open skin wounds, ulcers, bruises or
inner injuries
￭ burns of the extremities
￭ active infections of the extremities
￭ skin diseases resulting in sensitive, dry
or cracked skin, such as eczema and
other forms of dermatitis, all diseases
connected with skin infections and/or
inflammations, physical urticaria and other
￭ vasospastic phenomena including, but
