FRAME FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
frame) to MBF1796 (Asm-ROPS
pivot) with MBF1816 (Pin-ROPS
pivot), 450383 (Nut-hex M20 nyloc)
and 450394 (Wshr-M20 x 37 x 3).
Washers are to be fitted under both
nuts. Note – 8 off 002921120
(Sprg-Disc 20.4 x 31.7 x 0.4) are
supplied with kit LMAB651. These are
to be fitted as required between
MBF1803 and MBF1796 to limit the
sideways movement of MBF1803.
However MBF1803 must still pivot
freely. MBF1803 can be folded
backwards for storage. MBF1816
must therefore be assembled in the
back holes in MBF1796.

Fit MBF1817 (Pin-Shear, ROPS
frame) to MBF1796 (Asm-ROPS
pivot). (Note: to prevent loss it is
suggested that 001490740 (Pin-Quick
3/16 x 1.62) is secured to MBF1817
(Pin-Shear, ROPS frame) using 2.5

electrical wire and crimps
(R.S.Components 373-358 Parallel
Splice, or similar) as shown in Fig 1.1.

Assemble MBF1882 (Asm-Frame,
Front) to mainframe. Remove existing
fixings and replace with 450032 (Bolt-
hex M10 x 50) and 452437 (Nut-hex
M10 Flng Nyloc). Plug open end of
tubes using 002952633 (End Cap–50
x 50 x 5).

Refit the seat in the forward slots on
the seat plate, and fit the lap belt to
the seat.

Re-connect the battery.

WARNING
When it is necessary to gain access under
the seat, the seat plate can be opened by
removing the two fixing screws. The seat
plate fixings should always be reassembled
and correctly tightened before operating the
machine.
