TO HIGHWAY 2130, AND PARKWAY 2250 PLUS

FRAME FITTING INSTRUCTIONS.

CAUTION
Care should be taken when handling heavy
weights. When handling such items
assitance may be required.
Important.
· Before beginning, read through these
instructions and familiarise yourself with all
the parts in the ROPS frame kit and the
steps for proper installation.
· The left or right side or the machine will
always be determined from the operator's
seated position.
1. Lower the cutting units.
2. Raise the seat plate and disconnect
the negative terminal of the battery.
3. Assemble MBF1799 (Asm-ROPS
support LH) and MBF1800 (Asm-
ROPS support RH) to chassis side
frames using 450069 (Bolt-hex M16 x
50), 450077 (Bolt-hex M16 x 90) and
450382 (Nut-hex M16 nyloc). See
pages 8 & 9 for clarification.
4. Assemble MBF1796 (Asm-ROPS
pivot) to MBF1799/1800 (Asm-ROPS
support LH/RH) with 450049 (Bolt-hex
M12 x 45), 450380 (Nut-hex M12
nyloc) and 450402 (Wshr-M12 x 28 x
2.5). Washers are to be fitted under
both head of bolt and nut.
5. Assemble MBF1803 (Asm-ROPS
CAUTION
Use a rigid platform when working above
the machine. Do not stand on the seat.
Care should be taken when handling heavy
weights.
