Warnings and Cautions

1. Small Parts Hazard: The PowerCel™ Slim, PowerCel™ Plus, PowerCel™ Adapter,
BTE Power Adapter, Power Adapter Cable, Huggie and Filler Plug may cause
choking if swallowed.
2. Do not use leaking batteries, as they may burn the skin.
3. Do not bite or chew the PowerCel Adapter or related products.
4. Do not expose products to liquid.
5. Do not use the PowerCel Adapter if the housing is cracked.
6. Do not loop cables around the neck, due to risk of strangulation.
7. Do not use broken, frayed or cracked cables.
8. To avoid an increased risk of strangulation, do not connect the Power Adapter
Cables in any combination which would result in a total length (end-to-end)
longer than 32 inches (81 cm).
9. While no injury cases have resulted, components of the system may become
hot during normal use or a fault condition. If a particular device's temperature
results in discomfort or pain, promptly remove the product and contact
Advanced Bionics.
10. The PowerCel Adapter may not have sufficient power to support use by bilateral
implant recipients that have Power Economy Mode disabled.
