• Check th he main power cable and check that it is plugged
into a su uitable power outlet.
• Check w whether STB is in Standby mode.
• Ensure t that the STB is switched on.
• Check th • Check th he video output port (RCA jack) is firmly he video output port (RCA jack) is firmly
connecte ed to the TV or VCR.
• Check th hat you have selected the correct channel or
Video O Output on your TV.
• If your T TV's video resolution is SD (576p or 480p) you
can try Ch hange-Resolution by pressing [576,1080] key.

• Check th he signal level. If this is low then try adjusting the
alignme nt of your dish.

• Check th he volume level of the TV and STB.
• Check th he mute status of the TV and STB.
• Point re mote control directly towards the STB.

• Check th hat nothing blocks the front panel.
• Check th he LNB, replace LNB if necessary.

• If you a re using a DiSEqC 1.0, check that you have
connecte ed the LNBs to the correct connections on the
switch.
