CANCEL and 100° BOIL button surrounds will illuminate in white for one minute. A signal
tone will sound for two seconds. The START/CANCEL button surround will automatically
switch off after one minute if not selected.
note: If the START/CANCEL button is pressed (before selecting a temperature button), the
START /CANCEL button surround will illuminate in red and the 100º BOIL button surround
will illuminate and the kettle will start heating.
4. Select the desired setting by pressing one of the five temperature buttons (80°, 85°, 90°, 95°,
100°). The selected button and the START/CANCEL button surround will illuminate in white.
Would you like for example water for »GREEN TEA« heat up, press the »GREEN TEA«- but-
ton. This button lights up blue together with the start button. Then press the button »START«.
This lights up red and the boil process begins. Is the boil process finished, sounds a three
signal tones, the »START« - and the »GREEN TEA« key expire.

5. Press the START/CANCEL button and the surround will illuminate in red, the selected
temperature button surround will illuminate and the kettle will start heating. Do not remove
the kettle from the power base during operation. Ensure the kettle has switched off after the
water has boiled or the selected temperature has been reached before removing the kettle
from the power base. If the kettle is removed from the power base during the KEEP WARM
function the kettle will automatically switch off.
6. If the KEEP WARM function has been selected, the KEEP WARM button surround will re-
main illuminated in red, the selected temperature button surround will remain illuminated in
light blue, and the kettle will maintain the desired setting for 20 minutes.
